Key Responsibilities
Understand the needs of our global HR community and enhance efficient HR operations across the corporate group through innovative concepts in HR process optimization and digital transformation. Design and implement agile methodologies and solutions, ensuring their effective execution in real-world scenarios. Develop and refine HR processes and frameworks for the entire organization, as well as specific regions, utilizing innovative digital tools to their fullest potential. Focus on projects related to HR Operations & Administration, particularly in areas such as Time & Attendance and Global Payroll. Assume responsibility for project management and proactively advance the implementation of your solutions. Utilize your communication skills to dissect complex issues, convey information clearly, and facilitate optimal decision-making. Serve as a knowledgeable resource, supporting the training and development of the global HR community. Assist Group HR in establishing and enhancing effective analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring high data quality within IT systems.Candidate Profile
Demonstrate enthusiasm for the Human Resources field, continuously striving to analyze and enhance processes. Possess a degree and/or relevant experience in HR, ideally in roles such as HR Generalist or HR Operations. Have substantial experience in optimizing HR processes and structures, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects. Exhibit a structured and independent work style, strong analytical abilities, and a high affinity for processes and systems. Familiarity with the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and other SAP solutions (SAP BW, SAP SAC) is advantageous. Proficient in both German and English. Experience in process analysis and modeling (BPMN 2.0) and methodologies related to Operational Excellence (LEAN, Six Sigma) is desirable.Benefits
