IT Support Specialist

As a member of our Infrastructure and Support Team at Cinemo GmbH, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless user experiences for our employees. Your responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd level support, selecting and deploying equipment for office and home-office use, and guiding and training employees on equipment usage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively solving 1st and 2nd level support cases on hard and software issues.
- On-prem service - taking care of our office equipment, installing, moving, adding or changing existing installations.
- Diagnosing and providing support on computer system problems, including repairing, servicing, installing, training, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
Requirements for success include:
- Demonstrated experience in IT support within a heterogeneous environment encompassing Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems.
- Proficient operating system expertise, particularly adept at resolving user issues across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
- Strong familiarity with contemporary user applications and hardware technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
