Technical Team Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Service Desk team at Datacon GmbH & Co. KG. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the team's activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support and solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the Service Desk team's activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support and solutions to our customers.
- Oversee the implementation of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct performance analyses to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create a positive work environment and foster teamwork among team members.
- Plan and conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills and competencies.
- Organize and conduct performance evaluations and assessments.
- Participate actively in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Prepare regular reports on the team's performance for the management.
- Passion for IT and technical solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience in leading a Service Desk team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in working with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (desirable but not mandatory).
