Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Service Desk Team at Datacon GmbH & Co. KG
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient resolution of technical issues.
Your Responsibilities:- Team Management & Development: Coordinate and lead a team of skilled Service Desk professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) and conduct performance analysis to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline work processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Policy & Compliance: Review and update Service Desk policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate regular reports on the performance of the Service Desk team for management, providing insights into key metrics and areas of focus.
- Proven experience leading a Service Desk team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
