Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our Service Desk team at Datacon GmbH & Co. KG. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the team's activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the Service Desk team's activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support and solutions to our customers.
  • Oversee the implementation of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct performance analyses to ensure compliance.
  • Create a positive work environment and foster teamwork among team members.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Organize and conduct performance evaluations to assess team members' performance.
  • Participate actively in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve work processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on the team's performance for management.

  • Experience in leading a Service Desk team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.
  • Experience in working with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (desirable but not essential).
