The Kardex Group is a leading manufacturer of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems. Our global team of over 2,000 employees develops and manufactures logistics solutions used in various industries worldwide, including industrial manufacturing, trade, and administration.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate business requirements to define solutions for used systems in E2E process Trade and Transport, particularly in SAP S/4HANA
* Analyze and document business-process and technical requirements
* Recommend solutions considering IT strategy and guidelines
* Collaborate with the Application Owner, Architect, and implementation partner to discuss and agree on necessary changes
* Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations
* Ensure 3rd level support is provided by the implementation partner

Your Profile

* Multiple years of practical professional experience with ERP systems in an international environment
* In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4
* Excellent communication skills
* English and German proficiency (if located in Germany), English proficiency (if located outside of Germany)
