About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior B2B Account Manager to join our team at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our B2B Services department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our B2B sales strategy in the DACH region, driving growth in your designated customer segments, and collaborating with company-wide stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for the DACH region, focusing on customer acquisition and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in customer acquisition and growth.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape in the DACH region, including key customer segments and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
