Telecom Network Support Specialist

Rakuten Symphony is a Rakuten Group company that provides global B2B services for the mobile telco industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud native telecom infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on managing and troubleshooting Acceptance Testing Procedures (ATPs) to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage RAN cell site ATPs, including TowerCO documents and ATP documents
* Liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and network configurations
* Support in raising JIRA tickets for ATP defects
* Administer issues, such as providing cluster access

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom network, data centre support, or a similar role
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both verbal and written
* English and German language skills
