Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Support Specialist to join our team as an ATP Support Engineer. As a key member of our cloud native telecom infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring technical support and troubleshooting for Acceptance Testing Procedures (ATPs) within our cloud native telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RAN cell site ATP (TowerCO documents, ATP documents etc.)
  • Manage CDC ATP (Cloud, IPTX, CORE, BSS, Infra SEC, OSS, Geo-redundancy)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues including hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Support in raising JIRA ticket for ATP defects
  • Support in admin issues (e.g. providing cluster access)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom network, data centre support or a similar role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation (MS Excel, PowerPoint) skills, both verbal and written
  • English and German language skills
