About the Role

As an ATP Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and ensuring the technical support and troubleshooting for Acceptance Testing Procedures (ATPs) within our cloud native telecom infrastructure. You will work closely with network engineers, operations teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning and optimal performance of these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RAN cell site ATP (TowerCO documents, ATP documents etc.)
  • Manage City Pop (CP) and Distri Pop (DP) ATP (RAN, Cloud, IPTX, Infra Security)
  • Manage CDC ATP (Cloud, IPTX, CORE, BSS, Infra SEC, OSS, Geo-redundancy)
  • Test and validate new features and functionalities to ensure compatibility and performance
  • Track and report the overall status of ATP completion
  • Identify and enlist blockers for all domains (RAN, CP DP, CDC)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
  • Ensure readiness for each milestone
  • Prepare relevant documents for executive CAB for planned CRs
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Support in raising JIRA tickets for ATP defects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom network, data centre support or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of telecom network architectures, protocols, and technologies
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of network management tools and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
