PreMaster Program: Thermal Management Expert

As a PreMaster in project purchasing at Bosch, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of thermal management. Your responsibilities will include managing product lifecycle management, from market launch to ramp-down, and contributing to platform and related applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement cost optimization strategies and challenge engineering designs (D2C) and perform international cost comparisons (ICC) as well as material cost analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs.
- Manage supplier relationships and supply chain setups, and execute projects with agility, creativity, and strategic vision.
Requirements:
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable, with above-average results and a firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter.
- Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills, with technical understanding, analyze and interpret data with a financial focus.
- Dedicated, innovative thinker who excels under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
Bosch offers a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program includes practical experience, personal mentoring, and the opportunity to work in a global environment.
