Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PreMaster Program candidate to join our team as a Project Purchasing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of thermal management by supporting the management of product lifecycle management, from market launch to ramp-down, and contributing to platform and related applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement cost optimization strategies and challenge engineering designs to ensure efficient product development.
  • Perform international cost comparisons and material cost analysis to drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs and manage supplier relationships.
  • Execute projects with agility, creativity, and strategic vision to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field with above-average results.
  • Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on financial analysis.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
