Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PreMaster Program candidate to join our team as a Project Manager in Thermal Management. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for managing product lifecycle management, implementing cost optimization strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managing product lifecycle management, from market launch to ramp-down
  • Implement cost optimization strategies, challenging engineering designs and performing international cost comparisons
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs
  • Manage supplier relationships and supply chain setups

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable
  • Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a financial focus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on cross-cultural communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Bosch PreMaster Program:

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment.
