- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs.
- Manage supplier relationships and supply chain setups, executing projects with agility, creativity, and strategic vision.
- Completed a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, with above-average results and a firm intention to pursue a Master's course.
- Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills, with technical understanding, data analysis, and financial focus.
- Dedicated, innovative thinker who excels under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working independently and in a team.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Hybrid work arrangement, meeting in the office two to three times a week.
- Passionate about efficient process management, strategic cost optimization, and setting up and maintaining a robust, global supply and value chain.
- Very good in German and English, both written and spoken.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment and personal mentoring.
