PreMaster Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PreMaster Program Manager. As a key member of our project purchasing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of thermal management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of product lifecycle management, from market launch to ramp-down, and contribute to platform and related applications.
- Implement cost optimization strategies, challenge engineering designs, and perform international cost comparisons and material cost analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global customer needs.
- Manage supplier relationships and supply chain setups, and execute projects with agility, creativity, and strategic vision.
- Completed a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, with above-average results.
- Desirable background in project purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, product management, or cost modeling skills, with technical understanding and analytical skills.
- Dedicated, innovative thinker who excels under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work hybrid, with regular meetings in the office.
- Passionate about efficient process management, strategic cost optimization, and setting up and maintaining a robust, global supply and value chain.
- Very good in German and English, both written and spoken.
The Bosch Two-Stage Qualification Program is a unique opportunity for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment and personal mentoring.
