We are seeking a motivated and curious intern with strong communication skills to join our International Sales team and support our business development. This is a paid 4-6 months internship that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Track customer interactions and communications to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Research existing accounts to understand their needs and opportunities.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling chances to drive business growth.
  • Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support account-specific initiatives and manage projects under senior guidance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (professional working proficiency in both languages is a plus).
  • Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies.
  • Good understanding or will to learn and adapt to a B2B Sales environment.
  • Background or basic understanding of the image, media, and/or sports industry.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, and associations would be an added benefit.
