About the Role

Cardino is seeking an experienced professional to lead our account management function, overseeing the onboarding, growth, and retention of key B2B accounts. As the successful candidate, you will leverage your extensive experience in managing and growing key accounts to drive long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B & Dealer Account Management: Lead the account management function, overseeing the onboarding, growth, and retention of key B2B accounts, with a focus on driving consistent revenue growth and building long-term relationships.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing account management team, ensuring the development of talent and the achievement of team goals through coaching, task management, and performance monitoring.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency, including standardizing workflows and optimizing for growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-Driven Sales Management: Use data and KPIs to guide account management strategies and team performance, regularly monitoring and analyzing metrics to optimize processes and improve results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B account management, with a proven track record in key account growth, sales team leadership, and process optimization.
  • Industry Background: Experience in marketplaces (e.g., used car, food delivery, or small business platforms) to drive success in our industry.
  • Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and growing account management or customer success teams.
  • Process Building: Extensive experience in designing and scaling sales processes from scratch, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, using them to scale account management operations and drive efficiency.
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to use data and KPIs to inform decision-making, improve team performance, and drive sales growth.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee large-scale initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively.
