Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to engage with prospects and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, providing value and insights to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging our industry expertise and competitive advantages.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales efforts are aligned with the latest market conditions.
  • Collaborate with our pre-sales and marketing teams to develop and implement account-based marketing campaigns, driving engagement and conversion at key target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and customers, using our contact management application to track progress and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in software sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with contact management applications, such as SalesLoft or Outreach, and a strong understanding of sales technology and tools.
