Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at IFS-Ultimo. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to engage with prospects and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, providing value and insights to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging our expertise in finance and back-office applications to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy and approach.
  • Collaborate with our pre-sales team to provide technical support and guidance to prospects, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates, using our contact management application to track progress and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in software sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages.
  • Experience with contact management applications, such as SalesLoft or Outreach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
