Our team at Hunkemöller is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Quality Coach to enhance our customer service quality.
A Day in the Life:
As a Customer Service Quality Coach, your primary responsibilities will include performing quality evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for employees, answering agents' questions regarding policies and procedures, and providing individual feedback and coaching sessions to develop their hard and soft skills.
Your Profile:
- At least one year of professional experience within Customer Service performing evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
- Strong communication skills paired with (near) native German and good English language skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to extract actionable insights.
