Customer Service Quality Coach

Our team in Gelsenkirchen is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Quality Coach to elevate our customer service quality to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality evaluations to identify improvement opportunities for employees.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents to develop their hard and soft skills.
  • Answer agents' questions regarding policies and procedures.
  • Create or update knowledge base content as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify training opportunities and provide training.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of professional experience in customer service performing evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Strong communication skills paired with near-native German and good English language skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to extract actionable insights.
