Global Sustainability Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Sustainability Manager. This is a key role that will play a critical part in supporting our business strategy and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of our sustainable development strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives, and develop and implement plans to achieve them.
- Provide expertise and guidance on sustainable development practices, including life cycle assessment, sustainable portfolio management, and science-based decision-making.
- Lead and coordinate sustainability-related projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and industry associations.
- Support the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting and communication strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform our sustainability strategy and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business.
- Strong experience in sustainable development, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and information, and develop and implement effective solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish a plus.
