About the Role

The Voith Group is a global technology company with a broad portfolio of systems, products, services, and digital applications. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the assembly of machines and machine groups, including electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with construction management, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth assembly processes.
  • Lead and guide assembly personnel and assembly companies to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.
  • Document construction progress and deviations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Implement and monitor adherence to deadlines according to the construction site schedule.

Your Profile

  • You have completed technical training or hold a degree as a technician.
  • You have many years of experience in assembly, assembly supervision, and commissioning of power plant equipment, specifically generators in hydropower plants.
  • Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills, are desirable.
  • You possess an open and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, coupled with cooperation skills, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience.
