About the Role

The Voith Group is a global technology company with a broad portfolio of systems, products, services, and digital applications. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the organization, management, and supervision of the assembly of machines, machine groups, and hydropower plant construction sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project management, consortium partners, and customers to ensure the smooth assembly process.
  • Lead and plan the deployment of assembly supervisors and assembly companies.
  • Provide technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.
  • Coordinate with customers, consultants, authorities, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor and record costs, ensuring adherence to safety and quality requirements.
  • Document construction progress and deviations, promoting proactive assembly planning.
  • Implement and monitor adherence to the schedule on the construction site.

Your Profile

  • Technical training or degree as a technician.
  • Many years of experience in construction management, assembly, assembly supervision, and commissioning of power plant equipment.
  • Good French and English skills, with additional foreign language skills desirable.
  • Impressive communication and cooperation skills, with a willingness for long-term international assignments.
