Your Key Responsibilities

As a Site Manager at Voith Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, and monitoring costs. Your tasks will include:

  • Recording and monitoring costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Ensuring and overseeing safety and quality requirements to guarantee a successful project outcome.
  • Implementing and monitoring adherence to the schedule on the construction site according to the master time schedule.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical background, either through training or a degree as a technician.
  • Many years of experience in construction management, assembly, assembly supervision, and ideally, commissioning of power plant equipment.
  • Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills.
  • An open and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, coupled with cooperation skills, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience.
  • A willingness for long-term international assignments worldwide.
