About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Enhancement Manager to join our team at Hyundai Motor Europe. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Pan-EU CRM standards across markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain a Pan-EU Standard CRM program, ensuring feasibility with +11 local markets
  • Monitor and analyze local CRM activities, identifying obstacles and insights to enhance performance
  • Develop regular discussion materials and lead delivery and communication with CRM stakeholders
  • Establish change management plans and guidelines for markets based on performance levels and activity types
  • Develop and manage key KPIs and dashboards for monitoring effectiveness of CX and business performance
  • Proactively engage in customer care management, developing clear messages and customer segmentation strategies to improve loyalty and retention
  • Closely collaborate with EU market teams and stakeholders for new business and IT process rollouts
  • Lead change management programs and collect feedback and requirements regarding the platform
  • Communicate and align with CRM directions of HQ and translate into Pan-EU region standards
  • Support reporting to HQ and follow up on decision makings and issue points
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in CRM, business analysis, and project management. You should have a university degree and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a related position or specialization. You should also have global project rollout experience, professional experience with business analysis, and research and benchmarking knowledge.

Requirements
  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a related position or specialization
  • Global Project Rollout Experience
  • Professional experience with Business Analysis
  • Research / Benchmarking knowledge is required
  • Good understanding in Salesforce solutions (SFDC Certification is preferred)
  • Experience in data analysis and delivery of summary reports
  • Collaborative mindset - Strong teamwork, communication with stakeholders in various organizations
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative/teamwork mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required
