CRM Strategist

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales objectives and enhance customer lifetime value across various customer lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to gather and deliver new business requirements.
- Identify and leverage relevant customer data to improve customer database segmentation and personalized communication, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance data to derive strategic insights for enhancing CRM strategies.
- Lead multi-channel campaign management for new customer acquisition and ensure consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.
- Oversee lead nurturing and develop lead management processes from conceptualization to implementation.
- Lead customer data management efforts, including database segmentation and data quality enhancement within Salesforce.
- Report key lead management results and drive data cleansing projects as needed.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other business-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in sales and service management using Salesforce CRM.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of sales process and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, and team player.
- Fluent English language and excellent presentation skills.
