Job Title: CRM Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Hyundai's European HQ in Offenbach, Germany. As a CRM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing B2C/B2B CRM performances across 11+ Pan-EU markets.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain B2C/B2B CRM standard processes and rules for EU markets
  • Understand the CRM framework, including customer journey and lifecycle
  • Analyze CRM-related activities, processes, and rules towards customers
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to provide supportive materials about CRM trends in Pan-EU markets
  • Manage and upgrade standard communication and campaign assets in the CRM platform
  • Participate in project management as a CRM stakeholder
  • Design and monitor integrated CRM-related KPIs and dashboards
  • Assess CRM communication and campaign plans and analyze actual performances
  • Create regular reports and presentations for the teams
  • Collaborate with CRM platform managers and IT managers to enhance features and processes in the platform
  • Develop and manage training materials as needed
About You:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in CRM data analysis and performance metrics, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Good understanding of general CRM trends and cases in Pan-EU markets, customer lifecycle stages, including sales and aftersales processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Siebel
  • Ability to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
