About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic individual to join our Head Office Sales Team as a Hotel Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing all 25hours hotels on the market and ensuring that we always have full hotels and the best customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for accepting individual reservations and processing them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will be well organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will possess a charming and welcoming nature, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional.
  • You will be a sales-driven individual who is passionate about exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • You will have prior experience in the hotel industry or travel agency, with fluency in German and English.
  • You will be a passionate host and salesperson who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • You will be a team player who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
