{"About the Role": "As a key member of our HR IS Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing HR processes using the Group's HRIS platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure the platform aligns with RTL Group's standards, while also liaising between RTL Group, affiliates, Bertelsmann, and HR/IT teams. You will design and maintain group-wide HRIS governance, represent RTL Group in Bertelsmann Expert Panels, and coordinate group-wide HRIS rollouts with Business Units and partners. Additionally, you will act as the point of contact for Business Unit change requests, advise Business Units on the HRIS platform, and serve as the group-wide HRIS administrator. Your responsibilities will also include supporting updates and releases, ensuring functionality and training, assisting in yearly budgeting for the IT platform, monitoring and managing license usage costs, and overseeing HR processes within the HR IT platform. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with data protection regulations and stay updated on HR IT tools and market developments.", "Your Profile": "To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science. You will also require extensive experience in international HR within corporate environments or consultancy, preferably held roles involving international project management. Proficiency with IT platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and SAP HCM is essential, as is a service- and solution-oriented mindset. Effective collaboration with diverse teams across departments, businesses, and territories is also crucial, as is the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection laws and company policies. Outstanding command of spoken and written English is required, with proficiency in German and/or French being advantageous.
