Junior IT Project Manager for HR Solutions (m/f/d)

Responsibilities & Duties
- As a Junior IT Project Manager for HR Solutions (m/f/d), you will engage in exciting small to medium-sized HR IT (sub-)projects on both regional and global scales, utilizing both on-premise and cloud-based solutions (implementation, rollout, and decommissioning).
- You will play a key role in redesigning internal HR IT processes, such as ticket management.
- Actively contribute to the development of strategic concepts, including a sustainable global SAP HCM strategy and a comprehensive testing framework, integrated within our TÜV Rheinland IT landscape.
- Collaborate closely with HR service functions, the HR IT Solution Center team, and other IT teams worldwide.
- Manage our SAP developers and external personnel.
- Oversee application management (2nd/3rd level support, maintenance, enhancements).
Experience & Qualifications
- Completed degree in (business) informatics, a comparable field of study, or relevant professional experience with equivalent knowledge.
- Initial professional experience in the HR IT sector is advantageous, ideally with a focus on project management and/or consulting.
- Strong perceptiveness and openness to new HR IT solutions.
- Basic experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or ticketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
