Unser Fokus liegt auf der Gestaltung von HR-Abläufen in den Servicebereichen, insbesondere im administrativen und entgeltrelevanten Umfeld. Wir übernehmen HR-Projekte und setzen sie im Team um, um einen deutlichen Mehrwert für die People Services zu schaffen.

Als Manager HR Process Automation unterstützen Sie die strategische Ausrichtung der HR- und People-Services durch die Nutzung von Automatisierung und Bot-Lösungen, um optimale Geschäftsergebnisse zu erzielen.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessautomatisierung und -optimierung innerhalb der HR und Payroll Services, die Analyse bestehender HR-Prozesse, um frühzeitig Engpässe und ineffiziente Abläufe aufzudecken und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu ermöglichen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren internen Stakeholdern (HR, HR IT, Payroll) zusammen, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für HR-Prozesse zu entwickeln.
