Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and own the global incident response process at METRO AG.
  • Act as a liaison between all cyber defense interfaces, local and global IT and infosec functions, third parties, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead incident response for major incidents and act as technical lead in case of a cyber crisis.
  • Develop and implement strategic incident response design and process implementation.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in incident response, e.g., in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC.
  • Knowledge on strategic incident response design and process implementation.
