As a key member of our international and experienced team, you will have a high degree of personal responsibility and independence in a friendly, dynamic, and proactive environment.

You will gain insight into the management holding of an international, listed retail group and work operationally on challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and own the METRO global incident response process.
  • Act as a liaison between cyber defense interfaces, local and global IT, infosec functions, third parties, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead incident response for major incidents and technical lead in case of a cyber crisis.
  • Hands-on experience in incident response, e.g., in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC.
  • Knowledge on strategic incident response design and process implementation.
