About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Incident Response Process Owner to join our team. As a key member of our Threat Management & Intelligence team, you will be responsible for establishing and owning our global incident response process. Your primary focus will be on driving improvement of the IR process, especially in terms of response speed and quality, and ensuring adherence of all related parties to the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Threat Management & Intelligence team
  • Establish and own the global incident response process
  • Drive improvement of the IR process, focusing on response speed and quality
  • Ensure adherence of all related parties to the process
  • Act as a liaison between cyber defense interfaces, local and global IT and infosec functions, third parties, and business stakeholders
  • Lead incident response for major incidents and act as technical lead in case of a cyber crisis
  • Collaborate with the METRO GROUP wide IT and Information Security community to integrate threat management and intelligence
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in cyber security
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or significant amount of related work experience
  • Hands-on experience in incident response, in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC
  • Knowledge on strategic incident response design and process implementation
