Job Title: Cyber Security Incident Response Process Owner

At METRO AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Incident Response Process Owner to join our team. As a key member of our Threat Management & Intelligence team, you will be responsible for establishing and owning our global incident response process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a robust incident response process to ensure timely and effective response to cyber threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate threat management and intelligence capabilities
  • Act as a liaison between cyber defense interfaces, local and global IT and infosec functions, third parties, and business stakeholders
  • Lead incident response efforts for major incidents and serve as technical lead in case of a cyber crisis
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in cyber security
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or significant amount of related work experience
  • Hands-on experience in incident response, e.g. in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC
  • Knowledge on strategic incident response design and process implementation
