Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our international sales efforts and drive the growth of our eHealth software solutions in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our eHealth software solutions in Southern Europe and the Nordic countries.
  • Identify and acquire new potential customers, including public and private healthcare organizations, to increase our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the European healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with our product and pre-sales teams to develop go-to-market plans and prepare offers and responses to tenders.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, analyze sales successes, and present regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct initial meetings and product demonstrations with customers to understand their challenges and present the benefits of our eHealth software solutions.
  • Support the entire sales process for newly acquired customers, from negotiation to contract conclusion.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in international sales, with a strong focus on the European market.
  • Experience in sales of eHealth solutions or clinical IT systems, preferably with a SaaS or HIS/PDMS background.
  • A network of stakeholders in the European healthcare sector.
  • Good understanding of the IT needs of hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to travel occasionally within Europe.
