About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating strategic sales objectives, expanding our customer base, and driving financial growth through sales excellence and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft innovative sales plans tailored to the European market, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Guide our Berlin-based sales force to achieve sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and mutual understanding.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Effectively negotiate and finalize agreements with prominent customers across Europe, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Assess sales performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify new prospective customers and market opportunities in Europe, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Client Solutions and Support: Provide prompt and effective solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Product Development: Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to maintain brand integrity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on new product introductions and ensure the sales team is informed and prepared to effectively promote and sell our products.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Documented success as a Sales Director in the cosmetics and dietary supplements sector in Germany.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs), proficiency in CRM software, and fluency in German and English.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional communicative abilities, excellent organizational acumen, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to undertake travel across Europe as necessary, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Education and Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
