Business Operations Specialist

Luxcargo Handling S.A. is a leading air cargo handling company based at Luxembourg Airport. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and process improvement. They will be responsible for analyzing and mapping our operations and stakeholders processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and mapping our operations and stakeholders processes
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Economics or similar
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, business analytics, requirements engineering, data engineering, data science or related field
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing operational and system solutions to meet user needs
  • Record of delivering large-scale projects delivering system solutions with business impact
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio and task management tools (JIRA, Monday, etc...)
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
