About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction & Regulatory Expert to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our Front Office Regulatory Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial markets, lending, trade finance, payments, and capital markets services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing regulatory support to relationship managers and product specialists
  • Leading the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for existing and new clients
  • Collaborating with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) analysts and experts to gather CDD evidence and track deadlines
  • Managing data input, maintenance, and accuracy of our CRM systems
  • Liaising with the Finance department to ensure data quality and management information
  • Implementing and updating policy and regulatory driven processes and remediation plans
  • Monitoring Risk Weighted Assets, Sanity Checks, and Risk Ratings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Accurate and results-oriented professional with profound communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, mainly Microsoft Office and ING applications
  • Preferably familiarity with financial products, compliance, KYC, wholesale banking, or financial institutions
