Business Analyst – KYC AML FATCA Specialist

ING Luxembourg is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their KYC Tribe as part of the Delivery Department. This role requires experience in operating in a complex environment and significant knowledge of the Banking regulatory landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach, analytical skills, and result-oriented thinking. They will work in a multidisciplinary team within ING's Agile organization and be responsible for:
- Identifying business needs and balancing them with the Product Owner;
- Creating or fine-tuning business rules for mappings between local and central databases;
- Performing testing before each release;
- Helping to reach high data quality standards together with other squads;
- Contributing to process streamlining;
- Providing user support daily and contributing to change management for teams based in Luxembourg and abroad.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Business Management;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, preferably as a Business Analyst and/or within an Operational department;
- Experience and knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) policies for financial institutions is a plus;
- Fluency in English and French, with any additional languages considered an asset.
