Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager/ Inside Sales Orthodontics (m/w/x) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching new customers, particularly dental and orthodontic practices, in your assigned sales territory using Aligner Therapy.

Your tasks will include:

  • Active identification and telephone outreach to potential customers in your supported sales area
  • Follow-up on leads from the sales team and marketing campaigns or training events
  • Independent accompaniment of dentists / practice management / ZFA / dental technicians during their initial steps in using our products via video or phone calls
  • Follow-up of customers in the region in close coordination and collaboration with the sales and product management teams
  • Supporting customers with application questions
  • Supporting process optimization
  • Documented activities in our CRM system
  • Learning and continuous improvement of product know-how in the field of orthodontics

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed commercial education or degree, or alternatively, a completed dental assistant training or dental technician training (with a focus on orthodontics and/or experience with Aligner Therapy)
  • First work experience in a sales-oriented function
  • Good IT skills
  • Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Communicative, engaged, flexible, and self-reliant
  • Customer-, service- and sales-oriented
  • Ability to present complex topics in a simple manner
