About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your region
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
