Your Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare monthly campaign reports to identify optimization opportunities for newsletters and product enhancements.
  • Manage advertising placements in newsletters through our CMS system and liaise with partners.
  • Assist in executing data-driven email campaigns and offline communications, including welcome and birthday messages.
  • Oversee complex campaigns from the initial briefing to final execution.
  • Compile analysis results into presentations.
  • Lead your own (sub-)projects, such as the integration concept for the 'Refer a Friend' initiative.

Your Profile

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, communication sciences, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Passionate about evaluating and enhancing PAYBACK initiatives with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for CRM, with some experience in email marketing and CRM preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numerical data.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys a positive work environment.
  • High levels of initiative, creativity, and independence.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of the German language (C1 level).
