Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious student to join our CRM Marketing team as a Marketing Student Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly campaign reports, exchanging advertising space in our CMS system, and coordinating with partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly campaign reports to identify optimization potential and product developments
  • Independently exchange advertising space in our CMS system and coordinate with partners
  • Support the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings
  • Accompany complex campaigns from briefing to playout
  • Prepare analysis results in presentations
  • Take on your own (sub-)projects, such as integration concepts for new products

Requirements

  • Currently studying economics, communication sciences, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Interest in evaluating and further developing PAYBACK measures with the end customer in mind
  • High level of enthusiasm for CRM and experience in email marketing and CRM
  • Good understanding of numbers and analytical strength
  • Team player with a high level of initiative, creativity, and independence
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Very good German language skills (C1 level)
