About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team at Bears with Benefits. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the conception, planning, and execution of CRM campaigns across all countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating content and customer journeys
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Take ownership of testing and optimization of CRM campaigns to drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development of new marketing ideas and projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Initial internship experience in CRM or marketing is a plus
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and analyze data
  • Proficiency in German and English; French or Dutch are a plus
