Your Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare monthly campaign reports to identify optimization opportunities for newsletters and product enhancements.
  • Manage the advertising space within newsletters using our CMS system and liaise with partners accordingly.
  • Assist in executing data-driven email campaigns and offline mailings, including welcome and birthday communications.
  • Oversee complex campaigns from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Prepare analytical results for presentation purposes.
  • Take ownership of individual (sub-)projects, such as the integration concept for the 'Refer a Friend' initiative.

Your Profile

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, communication sciences, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Passionate about evaluating and enhancing PAYBACK initiatives with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for CRM, with prior experience in email marketing being advantageous.
  • Possess strong numerical understanding and analytical capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys a positive work environment.
  • Exhibit high levels of initiative, creativity, and independence.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German (C1 level).
