About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our CRM campaigns and contribute to the growth of our company, Bears with Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the conception, planning, and execution of CRM campaigns across all countries
  • Develop captivating content for email and WhatsApp channels, as well as creative customer journeys
  • Design and implement A/B tests to drive ongoing improvement and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in CRM or marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong command of German and English
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numbers and data
