The Role: Junior Account Manager - Marketplace (m/f/d)

You will play a key role in supporting and growing our seller accounts as a Junior Account Manager - Marketplace (m/f/d). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the setup and development of our account management within the marketplace team
  • Oversighting a broad portfolio of seller accounts and helping them navigate and grow on our platform
  • Ensuring sellers' catalogs are up-to-date, promoting offers through various marketing channels, and providing recommendations for improvements based on performance analysis
  • Tracking key marketplace KPIs for your accounts, developing actionable insights from data analysis, and creating tactical plans to continuously improve these KPIs and the overall seller experience in collaboration with sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing communication with external partners throughout all stages of the process, including onboarding, content creation, data enrichment, and performance monitoring
  • Creating educational content, process documentation, and contributing to regular seller educational sessions

  • Bachelor's degree or successfully completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce
  • A keen interest in e-commerce and possibly some experience in the field
  • Data and fact-driven with strong analytical skills. Creating and understanding reports and KPIs are your starting point to improve processes, sales, and operations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and German. (French, Italian, Polish, or Spanish is a plus)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, 30% off the home24 assortment, and employee discounts at partner organizations.

Our hybrid working model allows you to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country is also available.

You will have access to our international campus in the heart of Berlin, featuring a drive-in bicycle garage, outdoor space, and lounge areas, fitness facilities, parent and multi-faith rooms close to the Berlin S-Bahn train station Landsberger Allee.
