The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, compensation, benefits, and salary band structures across multiple countries in the EMEA region. They will also have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
The role will involve leading a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the HR strategy across the EMEA region, aligning business goals with HR initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver solutions in areas like talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with global compensation teams to ensure alignment of company-wide compensation strategies while adapting to local market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership role in the DACH region within a multinational organization.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering with a deep understanding of HR operations, compensation, benefits, and salary band structures across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
- Strong knowledge of DACH and EMEA labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and leading HR initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed.
